洋葱皮色素的提取及在丝织物中的染色

以紫色洋葱皮为原料用超声波法及质量分数为70%的乙醇溶液提取洋葱皮中的色素,通过正交试验确定洋葱皮色素的最佳提取条件为:料液比1:40,温度50℃,pH=1,时间70 min。以柠檬酸为媒染剂最后通过比较正交试验中的K/S值得出同浴媒染的方式,并确定最佳染色工艺条件:媒染剂质量浓度50 g/L,温度70℃,时间40 min,浴比1:90。

Extraction of pigment from onion skin and its dyeing of silk fabric

Using purple onion skin as raw material,the pigment from onion skin is extracted by ultrasonic wave and 70% ethanol.The optimum extraction conditions of onion skin pigment determined by orthogonal experiment are:the ratio of material to liquid is 1:40,extracting at 50℃for 70 min with pH value of 1.Using citric acid as a mordant,by comparing the K/S value of orthogonal experiment,one-bath mordant dyeing method is obtained.And the optimal dyeing conditions are:dyeing at 70℃for 40 min with the mordant concentration of 50 g/L and dyeing ratio of 1:90.
