丝瓜络纤维的预处理实践

摘    要:采用碱、双氧水组合处理方法对天然丝瓜络纤维进行预处理。结果表明,使用NaOH、H2O2混合溶液处理最佳工艺为10%H2O2和10%NaOH,时间2 h。在此工艺条件下,丝瓜络纤维脱胶率为39%,纤维素成分为80.51%,比未处理前的66.19%明显提高。预处理工艺使丝瓜络由较粗的束纤维(2 000μm)变成直径20μm左右的单纤维,处理后,丝瓜络纤维的回潮率由原来的9.25%提高到12%。

Abstract:In this paper,the natural luffa fiber was treated by NaOH and H2O2.The result shows that the optimized chemical pre-treatment is the use of 10% NaOH and 10% H2O2 and to treat 2 hours.At this condition,the total degumming rate of raw luffa fiber is as high as 39%.The cellulose component of pre-treated fiber and un-treated fiber is 80.51% and 66.19% respectively.This chemical per-treatment has changed the luffa fiber from a mat structure(with 2000μm of diameter) to a fibril structure.The diameter of the treated single luffa fiber is about 20μm.The moisture regain of treated luffa fiber is raised to 12%.
