竹浆纤维的基本形态结构分析

摘    要:对竹浆纤维的基本形态结构进行了研究分析,分别运用扫描电子显微镜、木质素定量法、红外光谱法等手段,将竹浆纤维与粘胶纤维的性能进行了比较。两者纵、横截面形态差异较大:前者表面笔直,横截面相比粘胶纤维有较多的孔隙和明显的裂缝,因此湿强低,易染色,湿态断裂伸长率大。

Abstract:In this paper the basic structure of bamboo fiber is analyzed by use of electronic microscope scan and by means of lignin content and infrared spectrum.A comparison is also made between bamboo fiber and viscose fiber.The cross section of the both fiber is quite different: Bamboo fiber has a straight surface and a cross section of more holes than that of viscose fiber,which makes bamboo fiber weak in wet strength,easy in dyeing and long in wet breaking stretch.
