棉甲壳素纤维混纺抗菌针织纱的开发

摘    要:利用粘胶基甲壳素纤维与棉纤维混纺,开发生产了抗菌针织纱,针对纤维的性能特点,以棉/甲壳素纤维(70/30)18.5tex为例,探讨了纺纱工艺和关键技术,指出生产过程中的注意事项。同时,对混纺纱的抗菌性能进行了测试和分析,测试结果表明粘胶基甲壳素纤维与棉纤维混纺纱对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有很强的抑制作用。

Abstract:The anti-bacterial knitting yarn is developed with chitin and cotton fiber blended, and for high grade knitting fabric. Taking 70/30 cotton/ehitin blended yarn for example and based on the property of chitin fiber, spinning processes and key technologies are discussed with attentions in the blended yarn production pointed out. The antibacterial property of the blended yarn is tested and analysed with the test result showing that the blended yarn of ehintin/eotton fiber has a strong restrain impact against staphylococcus aureus and eseheriehia coli.
