快速方法在食品微生物检测中的应用

Applications of Quick Methods on Food Microbiology Assay

With more attention of domestic market to food safety,the food microbe detection technology is also facing increasing pressure.Since the traditional examination methods are extremely tedious,consume massive manpower and physical resource, so difficult to satisfy with the domestic and foreign food safe examination request.In order to provide references for the food microbe detection,some methods of microbe quick detection in common use were showed in this article.And the advantages and disadvantages of them were analyzed by the actual data.
