China is a large agricultural country and al- ready joined the World Trade Organization.Whether the agricultural product quality is moving towards the world standards becomes an important issue related to Chinese agriculture constant development. Therefore,producing the agricultural product with non-envi- ronmental damage is the foundation of our agriculture sus- tainable development.The leadership should strengthen to ensure the unification and cooperation among various departments.We should carry out the macroeconomic regu- lation and supervise the development of non-environmental damage agricultural products and take the agricultural prod- uct security actions.
