摘    要:<正> 我国调味品行业这几年的产量一直是直线上升,每年产值增加15%~20%,据国家统计局统计和典型抽样数据显示,2002年我国调味品工业总产值按1990年不变价格计算为人民币380.5亿元,按当年价格计算为205亿元,实现利税为15.3亿元,利润3.2亿元。主要产品的产量为:酱油500万吨,食醋260万吨,酱类95万吨,酱腌菜270万吨,复合调味料达到120万吨以上。传统调味品如酱油、食醋的产量保持稳定,产销两旺;调味品新产品层出不穷,产销量逐年上升,具有广阔的市场空间和发展前景。

Three Crises in Seasoning Industry
Abstract:As an age-old country with brilliant civilization, China attracts the people from all over the world; especially Chinese dishes are their favorite, Chinese seasoning is famous and plays a very important role. The taste of Chinese dishes is not alike in each region, mostly as they are cooked with different seasoning. In recent years, seasoning industry developed rapidly on output and sorts. However, it is a lopsided view that seasoning enterprises can sit back and relax, for there are three potential crises hiding under the prosperity: outdated sense, rigid economic structures, and lack of famous brand.
