摘    要:目前,TORH有机废气处理及热回收装置或RTO有机废气热氧化炉,在运行中均存在燃烧室、蓄热室温度分布的不均匀性而引起燃烧及传热的不稳定性.针对此问题,利用控制软件对温度场进行优化,使其温度趋于均匀、对称,保持燃烧、传热的稳定性.

Abstract:At present,organic gas treatment-TORH and heat recovery facility or organic waste gas thermal oxidation furnace-RTO are all instable during burning and heat transferring due to the temperature unevenness of the burning room and regenerator.In order to solve this issue,the temperature field should be optimized by using control software,which can even the temperature and make the process of burning and transferring heat stable.
