摘    要:为了有效地保证物料的干燥质量 ,扩大干燥设备的适应范围 ,设计了气流换向干燥设备。介绍了设备的结构、工作原理以及主要参数的设计计算。该设备与控制系统相结合 ,采用“小参数热风渗流、气流换向深层干燥、间接加热”的干燥工艺可提高谷物的干燥品质、减轻劳动强度以及实现干燥过程的自动化

Abstract:A reversible airflow type drying device was designed in this paper for ensure the drying quality of corns effectively and broaden the adaptive range of the drying device The structure and the working principle as well as the calculation of primary parameters of the device were introduced Combined the device with the control system and by using of the technologic process,"reversible airflow and deep bed drying indirectly",the drying quality of corns can be improved,the working intensity can be lightened and the drying process automation can be realized
