| 摘 要： | 通过对高温导热油旋转接头应用失效案例介绍及其技术分析,找出高温导热油旋转接头在产品结构设计、材料选用、加工制造、安装、应用等方面存在的问题,并提出了相应预防措施和注意事项,对今后旋转接头行业提高产品设计、创新发展和制造水平有很好的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Through the introduction of failure cases and technical analysis of high-temperature HTF rotary joints,the existing problems in structure design,material selection,processing and manufacturing, installation,application and other aspects were found,and the preventive measures and precautions were proposed accordingly,which provides good reference for the rotary joint sector to improve product design, innovative development and manufacturing level in the future. |
