摘    要:为满足大油瓶方便运输与搬运的要求,本针对20L油瓶设计了一种压提环机。采用了随动式压环设计方法,该设计特点在压环过程中油瓶的输送与压环动作同时进行,效率高。通过Solid Works simulation模块分析了挡叉的疲劳寿命,验证结构设计的合理性。该压提环机大大降低了人工劳动强度,压环成功率高,在液体灌装领域有着很大的推广性。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of convenient transportation and handling about big bottle. This paper designed a lifting pressure machine for 20 litres oil bottle. Using the follow-up lifting pressure design method,the lifting pressure machine has the advantages of low energy consumption,simple structure and low cost,the transportation of oil bottle and lifting pressure at the same time in the process of lifting pressure,so the lifting pressure machine is efficient. Using SolidWorks Simulation module analyze the fatigue life of fork and verify the rationality of structure design. The lifting pressure machine has greatly reduced the labor intensity and lifting pressure success rate was high. The device has a greater promotion in the field of liquid filling.
