摘    要:为提高鲜食玉米剥皮加工的生产效率,设计了一种摩擦式鲜食玉米剥皮机.介绍了玉米剥皮机的结构和工作原理,通过对玉米果穗剥皮过程的动力学分析,完成了主要工作部件的设计和参数选择.对整机进行了性能试验,结果表明该机剥净率为91.7%,破损率为4.5%,能满足小型玉米加工企业对鲜食玉米剥皮的要求.

Abstract:In order to increase the production efficiency of peeling process on fresh corn,a kind of fresh corn husker by rubbing was designed.In this paper,the structure and the operation principle of the husker was proposed,completed the design and parameters choosing on the key working parts by motion analysis of peeling process.The author makes lots of experiment to confirm the performance parameter of the husker,the results show that the net stripping rate is 91.7% and the breakage rate was 4.5%,the machine can meet the requirements on fresh corn peeling in corn processing enterprises.
