摘    要:建立一种快速测定洋金花中东莨菪碱含量的方法。采用SGE protecol C18(5μm,4.6×250mm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.07 mol/L磷酸钠溶液(1∶2,v/v),其中磷酸钠溶液含0.0175 mol/L十二烷基硫酸钠,用磷酸调p H值至6.0,检测波长为216 nm,流速1.0 m L/min,进样量20μL。东莨菪碱在35~560μg/m L范围内呈线性,相关系数R=0.9999,该方法目标物质保留时间短,且重复性、精密度、稳定性及回收率均符合要求。本方法用于测定洋金花中东莨菪碱的含量,具有简便、准确和高效等特点。

Abstract:This research is to establish a method for determination of scopolamine in Hindu datura rapidly.SGE protecol C18(5μm,4.6×250mm) chromatographic column was used,with mixtures of acetonitrile and 0.07mol/L sodium phosphate buffer(The buffer contains 0.0175mol/L Sodium dodecyl sulfate,which should be adjusted pH to 6.0 by phosphoric acid.) as mobile phase(1:2,v/v).The wavelength was 216nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The injection volume was 20μL.The linear range of scopolamine is 35~560μg/mL.And the correlation coefficient R is 0.9999.The retention time of target material is short in this method,and Precision,stability and recovery of the method are favorable.The established method is simple, accurate and efficient for determination scopolamine in Hindu datura.
