| Abstract: | The study analyzed the international current design method of hygiene and safety for the food machinery.It put forward the basic conditions of design,the main objective of design,the analysis of dangerous degrees,the essential elements of design and the assessment of design result.It not only is the core contents of design procedures for food machinery,but also is the important integrant in the food machinery to accord with international standard. |
