| Abstract: | The rotary moulder is one of the most important parts in the biscuit production line,it is paid more attention to for a long time.There are many factors to affect its working capability.The article gives some effect factors in the process of the shaping and separating by the researches on the force analysis when the micro-dough entering the roller units and the biscuit flan separating from the moulder roller. |
