保加利亚乳杆菌制备有机纳米硒的研究

摘    要:利用保加利亚乳杆菌制备有机纳米硒。对保加利亚乳杆菌进行筛选和鉴定。在分析亚硒酸钠浓度、培养温度、培养时间、保加利亚乳杆菌接种量和起始培养基pH的单因素试验基础上,以硒含量为优化指标,采用正交试验优化有机纳米硒的制备工艺。结果表明最佳制备工艺为亚硒酸钠浓度0.6 mg/mL、培养温度46 ℃、培养时间60 h、保加利亚乳杆菌接种量6%和起始培养基pH值为6.2,此条件下产品的硒含量为68.23%。有机纳米硒呈现规则颗粒状,表面较为光滑,粒径为300~400 nm。

Abstract:Organic nano-selenium was prepared using Lactobacillus bulgaricus.Lactobacillus bulgaricus was screened and identified.Based on the single factor experiment with analysis of sodium selenite concentration,culture temperature,culture time,inoculum of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and initial medium pH,the preparation process of organic nano-selenium was optimized by orthogonal test with selenium content as the optimization index.The results show that the optimal preparation process was as follows:0.6 mg/mL sodium selenite concentration,46℃culture temperature,60 h culture time,6%inoculum dose of Lactobacillus bulgaricus,and pH 6.2 initial medium;under these conditions the selenium content of the product was 68.23%.Organic nanoselenium exhibits regular granular shape with a smooth surface and a particle size of 300 nm to 400 nm.
