小颗粒状物料吨袋充填机动态称重系统数学模型的研究

摘    要:依据小颗粒状物料吨袋充填机动态称重系统数学模型,对影响吨袋充填机称重精度与速度的相关要素进行了分析,详细阐述供料装置的结构与供料方式的选择、传感器数量与布置方式、系统各组件连接方式,最后提出了化解各项矛盾的方法与措施。

Abstract:In the light of the dynamic weighting system mathematic model about ton-bag filling machine with little grainy material, relative factors that influence the machine weighing accuracy and speed were analyzed, the select of structure and feeding method of feeding system, the number and place of sensor, interconnection between each subassembly were detailedly stated in the system, in the end the measure dissolving above contradiction were produced.
