基于ANSYS中Monte-Carlo法对带局部夹套卧式容器的可靠性分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元软件对带局部夹套卧式容器进行应力分析,获得了卧式容器的应力强度分布图,可知该卧式容器的最大应力强度发生在夹套堵板与筒体连接位置靠上的部分,最大应力强度为208.628 MPa。然后利用ANSYS有限元软件中的蒙特卡罗(Monte-Carlo)法来分析该卧式容器的可靠性,经过分析,获得了卧式容器在置信度为95%的情形下,初值极限状态Z<0的概率平均值为2.622 54%,即说明容器的可靠度为97.377 46%,并绘制了Z在置信度为95%的情形下的输出结果参数的灵敏度图。通过此次分析证明了该卧式容器是安全的,再次证明了ANSYS有限元软件中的蒙特卡罗法对复杂结构进行可靠性分析是可行的,为压力容器实际工程应用中提供了可靠的、高效的理论依据。

Abstract:The paper adopted ANSYS finite element software to analyze the stress of horizontal container with local jacket to obtain the stress intensity distribution, which showed that the maximum stress intensity of the horizontal container with local jacket was occurred in the upper part of the connected position with blocking plate and cylinder jacket, and the maximum stress intensity value was 208. 628 MPa, then using the Monte-Carlo method in ANSYS finite element software to analyze the reliability of horizontal container with local jacket. Through analysis obtained the mean probability is2. 622 54 percent when the horizontal container with local jacket at the 95% confidence level and initial limit state Z 〈 0. In other words, the reliability of the horizontal container was 97. 377 46 percent, and mapped out the sensitivity of Z output parameters under the 95% confidence condition, thus proved the horizontal container is safe. Further proved that using the Monte-Carlo method in ANSYS software to analysis the complex part is feasible. At the same time it provides acceptable and efficient theory to support today's pressure vessel engineering.
