摘    要:提出用Moldflow塑料CAE软件模拟来评估、改进、优化产品设计和制造参数.针对薄壁听筒上盖零件的成型工艺及产品性能,应用Moldflow的MPI模块进行分析,确定了浇口位置及数量.结果表明通过塑料CAE模拟计算,可最大限度地消除产品设计、模具设计及产品制造成型过程中可能出现的不足,取代传统的反复试模、修模等过程,从而降低产品制造成本,缩短产品开发周期.

Abstract:The product design and manufacturing parameters of plastic parts can be estimated, improved and optimized by simulation using moldflow CAE software. The moulding processes of phone are analyzed by using moldflow/MPI to conform the number and location of gate. The defects possibly occurred in the processes of product design, mold d.esign and product moulding can be eliminated extremely by CAE simulation calculation for plastic parts, the traditional repeated mold adjustment and mold repair, etc,can be substituted. This can reduce the product manufacture cost and shorten the product developing cycle.
