摘    要:提出一种旋涡泵叶轮侧隙调整的新方法,通过旋涡泵结构的优化设计达到了叶轮侧隙调整的目的;西安航空学院首次采用双支承式的整体式结构,将叶轮、传动轴做成一个整体,这样既实现了旋涡泵叶轮侧隙最小的原则,又保证了泵的各项性能指标。经长期使用,得到了用户的充分肯定,值得推广。

Abstract:This article proposed a new approach of a vortex pump impeller leteral backlash adjustment. Through the optimum design of vortex pump structure to achieve the purpose of adjustment of the impeller side gap. Xi'an Aerotechnical college first time adopted the double supporting integrity structure, to make the impeller and the shaft integrative. This will not only achieve the minimum principle of the vortex pump impeller side gap, but also to ensure the performance of the pump, which is fully affirmed through user's long-term use, and its worthy of popularization.
