薄膜主动预拉伸机构闭环控制研究

摘    要:薄膜主动预拉伸机构,主要由大胶辊、小胶辊、压辊、张紧辊、摆臂、导向辊、弹簧、差动变压器以及两级传动系统组成。该机构采用主动拉伸方式。设计了差动变压器、摆臂、拉簧组成的张紧力速差信号的监测环节。使出膜速度与缠绕速度相等,增加压辊作用,从而实现薄膜的主动拉伸。调速系统采用的是闭环PWM型变频调速系统。
