| 摘 要： | 针对注塑机设计中CAD,CAE子系统间相互独立,导致设计效率低的问题,建立了注塑机设计CAD/CAE信息集成系统框架。为消除注塑机设计开发中各部分内部信息和数据间的矛盾和冗余,提出一种基于CORBA软总线的信息集成系统构架,实现了注塑机开发过程中内部信息和数据处理的及时性、准确性、一致性和共享性,实现了注塑机开发的并行工程,缩短产品开发周期、降低了产品开发的成本。

| Abstract: | Being independent each other of CAD and CAE Sub-system,resulting in the low efficiency of designing plastic injection machine.In order to eliminate contradict and reduntant between internal information and data in design and development of plastic injection machine,the author put forward an information integrated system frame based on CORBA soft bus,thus achieved the internal information and data treatment with timely,accurate,consistence and sharing character as well as the parallel engineering of plastics injection machine development,shortening the product exploition period and reducing the cost of product development. |
