离心喷雾干燥设备的变频节能改造

摘    要:对传统离心喷雾干燥设备的能耗进行了分析,提出了变频调速技术在节能改造中的意义.并结合某单位的离心喷雾干燥设备,采用变频器和PLC对它进行节能改造.生产实践表明:离心喷雾干燥设备经过改造后,达到了提高系统性能和节能的目的,经济效益和综合效益显著.

Abstract:The energy consumption of conventional centrifugal spraying drying equipment was analyzed. The meaning of the energy-sarving reform with frequency speed regulation technology was brought forward in the paper. By adopting inverter and PLC, an energy-saving technology used for the centrifugal spraying drying equipment is introduced. The practice shows that it achieves the goal of raising performance and saving energy by applying frequency converter and PLC. The economic and comprehensive benefits are noticeable.
