| 摘 要： | 设计了主要应用于牛奶、果汁饮料等灌装的一种8工位回转式液体灌装机。其控制部分设计主要包括PLC控制落杯、灌装、封口、退杯等的协调工作及电机间歇运动;步进电动机的启动电路;气动落杯、退杯系统等。 |

| Abstract: | A kind of rotary liquid filling machine having 8 positions is designed,mainly used for filling some beverage,such as milk,fruit juice.The control design mostly includes the following parts:the design of the cooperation of cup-falling,filling,sealing,cup-withdrawing,etc.and the intermittent motion controlled by PLC,the design of the starting electro circuit of the step motor,the design of the pneumatic system for cup-falling,cup withdrawing,and so on. |
