多孔孔板水力空化装置的阻力特性研究

摘    要:多孔孔板作为节流元件,其结构设计参数是影响水力空化效果的重要因素。在等效直径比一定的情况下,孔板的孔数、中心孔、布孔级数和特殊情况对管路总阻力系数将会产生重大影响。研究得出:实验过程中管路流体已经进入高度紊流状态,在此管路情况下,单个孔板的阻力系数变化很小,不同孔板的阻力系数与该孔板的结构参数有很大的关系。孔数和布孔级数的增加,中心孔以及均匀布孔都有利于管路总阻力系数的减小,特殊情况尽量避免。图7表1参11

Abstract:Multi-hole orifice plate(MOP) is mostly used as a throttle element.The structure design parameters of MOP do have important effect on hydraulic cavitation.Based on fixed equivalent diameter ratio,this article has made main study on how the number of holes,the center hole and the special condition affect the pipe line overall resistance coefficient.Results show that the resistance coefficient of single plate has little variation in the high turbulent state under different experimental conditions.The structur...
