盘式热分散系统的自动控制

摘    要:在废纸回用制浆生产线上,为了处理热熔性胶粘物,开发了盘式热分散系统,并应用于生产中。系统的核心是盘式热分散机,磨盘的间隙控制至关重要,调节精度要求在±0.02mm。用PLC,TP和位置调节器等构成自控系统。实时检测工艺流程中重要参数并进行处理。磨盘精度达到±0.01mm。

Abstract:The disc heat dispersing system has been developed on waste paper pulping line to dispose hot melt adhesives. The system has been put into production. The core of the system is a heat dispersing device. The control of clearances of the refiner disc is important. The positioning precision is demanded at ± 0.02 mm. The PLC and TP positional regulators, etc. are used to form a self-control system, testing the important parameters on process by real time and dispose them. The clearance precision of the refiner disc is demanded at ± 0.01 mm.
