包装盒底板塑料模浇口位置和工艺参数的优化设计

摘    要:利用PRO/ENGINEER和AutoCAD软件设计了"FUSION"剃须刀刀头包装盒的塑料模具。为了减少注塑缺陷和提高一次试模的成功率,应用Moldflow软件对包装盒底板的塑料模进行仿真模拟分析,比较了选择不同的浇口位置和成型工艺参数,对塑料模的熔接痕、填充时间、气穴位置和注射压力的影响,获得了最佳的浇口位置和成型工艺参数,优化了底板塑料模的设计。图6参9

Abstract:PRO/ENGINEER and AutoCAD were adopted to design the plastic mould of the package box bottom plate for FUSION shaver heads. In order to reduce injection defects and increase success rate of trial-moulding,the software Moldflow was adopted to simulate analysis of the injection mould of the package box bottom plate. Analyzing the influence of different injection positions and molding processing parameters on weld marks and injection time and gas cavity positions and injection pressure,the optimal injection position and molding processing parameters were obtained to improve the design of the plastic mould of the package box bottom plate.
