亚固结线锯微细结构表面润湿性研究

摘    要:亚固结线锯与传统的游离磨料线锯相比表面有微细结构,增强了线锯表面的润湿性,使得线锯表面能粘附携带更多的磨浆进入切割区域,使更多的磨粒参加切割,从而提高切割效率.根据润湿理论,文中设计了几种不同微细结构的亚固结线锯,通过理论计算,分析亚固结线锯表面微细结构及界面能与润湿性的关系.研究表明不同微细结构表面的亚固结线锯其润湿性能不同,改变微细结构参数,可以改变亚固结线锯表面的润湿性,界面能的大小决定了亚固结线锯表面的润湿性的强弱.

Abstract:The semi-fixed wire-saw, compared with traditional free abrasive wire saw, which surface has microstructures. The microstructures of surface can enhance wettability of wire saw, which makes semi-fixed wire-saw carry more abrasive into the cutting area, thus improve cutting efficiency. According to wetting theory, several different microstructures of semi-fixed wire-saw were designed, and the relationship between wettability and different microstructures, interracial energy was analyzed through theoretical calculation. Results of the research show that different surface microstructures of wire saw have different wettability. Through changing microstructure parameters, the wettability on the surface of semi- fixed wire-saw can be changed. The interracial energy determines the degree of wettability on the surface of wire saw.
