摘    要:简要介绍了大型单型腔注射模流动平衡产生的机理,并借助于数值模拟技术对单型腔模具流动平衡进行了分析,在流动平衡分析基础上对浇注系统进行了优化设计。从分析结果可知浇注系统对注射模的流动平衡性影响非常显著,从而为促进大型单型腔注射模的流动平衡提供了借鉴作用。

Abstract:The forming mechanism of flow balance in large-scale single cavity injection molds are described.And the flow balance of the single cavity injection molds are analyzed by means of simulation technology.The design of injection system are optimazed based on the flow balance.The analysis results show that the injection system plays a key role on the flow balance of the injection molds and provides useful reference for the flow balance of the large-scale single cavity injection molds.
