弧面分度凸轮机构的仿真研究

摘    要:使用CATIA创建了弧面分度凸轮机构虚拟样机,通过SimDesigner将该模型转入ADAMS。在ADAMS中仿真得到了分度盘的速度、加速度和滚子与凸轮的碰撞力。并对负载盘厚度及装配误差等重要参数对分度盘的最大加速度的影响进行了动力学仿真分析,获得比较直观的结果。图8参9

Abstract:The Virtual prototype of globoidal indexing cam mechanism is established by using CATIA. The model transfers to ADAMS with the help of SimDesigner.In ADAMS, angular velocity and acceleration of the indexing plate and contact forces between the rollers and cam are achieved. Dynamic simulation analyses on the influence of some important parameters such as thickness of the preload plate and assembly tolerance over the maximum acceleration of indexing disk are discussed and comparatively direct results are obtained.
