| Abstract: | The importance of SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) in lean production had been summarized,and the relation of set-up time and the inventory had been discussed.Also the concept related to SMED had been particularized.As the conclusion the implement steps of SEMD are discussed in detail also the effect and difficulty of each step are explained. |
