摘    要:选择双氧水/硫脲氧化还原体系对羊毛织物进行低温染色,通过测定上染率、K/S值、染色牢度、顶破强力、匀染性等指标分析各工艺因素对染色效果的影响;选择3因素3水平正交试验法优化染色工艺,并对正交试验结果进行多元线性回归分析,确定了羊毛织物双氧水/硫脲氧化还原体系低温染色的最佳工艺及各工艺因素间的相互关系.

Abstract:Hydrogen peroxide/thiourea redox system is used in the dyeing of wool fabric at low temperature.Its dyeing effect is evaluated by testing exhaustion, K/S value,color fastness,bursting strength and levelness,etc,and the influence on the dyeing effect of process factors were discussed in this paper;The optimum dyeing process with redox system and the relationship of process elements were determined through the multi-elements orthogonal experiment and the multi-elements regression analysis.The optimum dyeing process and correlation of each process factor on wool fabric with the redox system dyeing were determined.
