有机导电纤维的结构和性能研究

摘    要:研究了碳黑涂敷型、碳黑复合型和金属化合物复合型有机导电纤维的形态结构、力学性能、电学性能、化学性能,以及导电能力的耐久性,这些导电纤维的力学性能、耐化学试剂性能均可满足纺织品的加工要求。碳黑涂敷型有机导电纤维电阻率最低,适合于防静电工作服面料;碳黑复合型次之;金属化合物复合型电阻率最高,适合于民用纺织品。

Abstract:This paper studies the properties of carbon coated, carbon composite and metal compound composite organic conductive fiber, the properties studied cover many respect, which include conformation and structure, mechanics, electricity, chemistry and endurance of conductivity. And both the mechanical property and the ability to resist chemical reagent of the conductive fibers involving in this paper could meet the requests of the process of textiles. Carbon coated conductive fiber has the best conductivity, which is suitable to develop anti static workwear. Carbon composite conductive fiber has medium conductivity, and the conductivity of metal compound composite conductive fiber is the worst among this three type of organic conductive fiber, it's suitable for the development of ordinary textiles.
