| 摘 要： | 采用3种不同的工艺提取羊毛角蛋白,并对各种工艺下羊毛的溶解率、角蛋白溶液的质量分数、角蛋白的分子结构及溶液稳定性等做了对比测试和分析,以选择一种较合理的提取羊毛角蛋白的工艺,达到有效利用羊毛资源的目的。实验结果表明,采用尿素/硫化钠/十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)工艺溶解羊毛,溶解率高达48.48%,角蛋白溶液的质量分数为1.59%。红外光谱分析表明,3种工艺提取出的角蛋白的分子结构基本相同;与羊毛纤维相比,提取的角蛋白中不仅存在α-螺旋和β-折叠构象,而且存在无规卷曲构象。尿素/硫化钠/SDS工艺提取出的角蛋白溶液的稳定性较其他2种工艺提取出的角蛋白溶液好。因此,尿素/硫化钠/SDS工艺是一种较好的溶解羊毛的方法。
