毛衫的解构设计与工艺

随着高支毛纱生产四季可穿的毛衫成为毛衫企业新的经济增长点,毛衫款式的设计就显得尤为关键。文章介绍了几款毛衫的解构设计方法与工艺,分别从毛衫的工艺解构设计与款式造型解构设计方面分析了这类毛衫的款式造型及风格特征,并制作出每款毛衫的上机操作工艺单。结果表明:采用解构方法设计的毛衫款式独特,服用美观、时尚,且上机工艺简单,顺应毛衫外衣化、时尚化,小批量、多品种的发展潮流,适应市场的需求;故解构设计方法在毛衫设计与制作中可以推广应用。
