This paper tells about development of OE 18.5 tex Tencel/cashmere/spun silk knitting yarn.These three fibers have good luster and handle.The cost will be reduced and the yarn will keep excellent properties by reasonable mixing among three fibers.Three fibers mix spinning after using optimized design,then several measures are selected those including suitable blending ratio,reasonable materials mixed mode,yarn spinning flow,pre-treatment for materials,applying parameter of each craft correctly and adopting necessary technical measurements.The problem is solved that cashmere and spun silk have grave static electricity and apt to twine.The yarn quality of OE 18.5 tex Tencel/cashmere/spun silk knitting yarn is good after testing and various indexes achieve requirement for using.
