摘    要:文章就我国毛纺行业用化学品现状进行了分析,对毛纺中常用化学品进行分类、归纳和总结,根据目前化学品毒性研究成果,提出毛纺工业用化学品毒性毒理数据库建立的基本思想,设计出了数据库的基本框架和查询方法.从化学品安全的角度提出毛纺用化学品的毒性分级建议及依据,指出了构效关系在高毒性化学品替代和数据库建设方面的重要作用.

Abstract:With increasing requirements for health,people pay more and more attention to ecological textile at home and abroad.The textile industry′s heavy use of chemicals is an important reason causing human and environment hazards.The article analyzes the situation of chemicals in wool industry,classifies and summarizes common used chemicals in wool industry.According to the current chemical toxicity studies,the article proposes basic ideas of establishing chemical database for wool industry and designed the basic framework and query methods.It also puts forward toxicity grading proposals for chemicals in wool industry from the perspective of chemical safety,and points out the importance of structure-activity relationship in replacement of high toxicity chemicals and database construction.
