| 摘 要： | 根据溢流染色机多台提布电动机运行特点及染色工艺,论述溢流染色机提布系统的多台电动机控制原理及速度检测装置,提出多台提布电动机速度同步递推最优控制算法,实现多台提布电动机协调同步.然后给出多台提布电动机的同步最优控制硬件结构图,并针对六缸溢流染色机实现多台提布电动机速度同步递推最优控制算法的软件设计.应用结果表明,该方法能够使每台提布电动机储布槽的储布量趋向均等,织物的染色效果得到明显提高.
