摘    要:为研究仿生设计对纺织品和服装的影响,针对近年来以仿生学为基础的新型功能化和智能化纺织材料和服装面料的发展趋势,对各类仿生纺织品和仿生服装的设计理念、设计机制及应用现状进行分析,揭示了从纳米微尺度到毫米中尺度的多级结构仿生设计准则,从纤维原料、织物结构、染整加工技术方面提出了仿生设计的基本策略。研究结果表明:仿生设计在未来功能纺织品和服装的发展与研究中将持续发挥作用,设计并高效制备出可模拟更多自然现象的功能是未来智能纺织品和服装仿生设计的发展趋势。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of bio-inspired design on the field of textiles and clothing,the design concept,mechanism,and applications of several types of updated bio-inspired functional and intelligent textile and clothes were sorted out based on the characteristics and functions of various bio-inspired textiles and clothes.The bio-inspired design principles of multi-scale structures ranging from nano-microscales to millimeter were revealed and the bio-inspired strategies were also proposed from the perspectives including raw fiber materials,fabric structure,and processing technology.The study concludes that bio-inspired design will continuously play a role in the future research and development of smart and intelligent textiles and clothing.In the future,the design and efficient fabrication of smart and functional textiles and clothes that can simulate more natural phenomena will be the development trend,providing innovation in the textile and garment industry.
