羊毛低温染色工艺探讨

摘    要:基于羊毛常规染色存在的缺陷,研究了羊毛低温染色的2种工艺,讨论了染色温度、时间等因素对染色效果的影响,并对2种低温染色方法的染色效果与常规染色工艺的效果进行了比较.得出氧化还原体系低温染色方法优于助剂低温染色方法.并由正交试验得出了氧化还原体系低温染色时的最佳工艺为:双氧水/乙二醛用量为0.06/0.02 mol/L,染色温度为75℃,时间为50 min;同时吸尽率和K/S值都比较高,节能降耗,并对羊毛损伤少.

Abstract:Two processes of low temperature dyeing of the wool were described in detail in this paper because of shortcomings resulted from conventional dyeing.The effect of variables such as dyeing temperature and time on dying results was discussed,and dyeing results of the two low-temperature dyeing methods compared with the results of conventional dyeing.It reached that low-temperature dying methods using redox system was better than that using auxillary agent,and at this time the best process of redox system low-...
