羊毛低温染色工艺探讨

基于羊毛常规染色存在的缺陷,研究了羊毛低温染色的2种工艺,讨论了染色温度、时间等因素对染色效果的影响,并对2种低温染色方法的染色效果与常规染色工艺的效果进行了比较.得出氧化还原体系低温染色方法优于助剂低温染色方法.并由正交试验得出了氧化还原体系低温染色时的最佳工艺为:双氧水/乙二醛用量为0.06/0.02 mol/L,染色温度为75℃,时间为50 min;同时吸尽率和K/S值都比较高,节能降耗,并对羊毛损伤少.

Study on low-temperature dyeing process on wool
