羊毛低温生物促染剂的应用研究

摘    要:探讨了以生物蛋白酶作促染剂用于羊毛一浴法低温染色的工艺。通过对生物蛋白酶进行优选,制定出最佳低温染色工艺。羊毛在低温接近中性条件下染色,既有利于节能、环保,又能使织物手感柔软,保持羊毛本身的优良品质。该工艺属于生物环保工艺,有较好的发展前景。

Abstract:The paper mainly discussed the process using biological protein enzyme as a promoter to dye wool fabric at low temperature in one dyebath.The dyeing techniques and the promoter from many enzymes were selected by optimum seeking method.Using biological protein enzymes to dye wool in nearly neutral at low temperature is beneficial to energy conservation and enviroment protection.It makes wool fibre feel soft and preserves the good inborn quality of wool.This technique is an environmental-friendly and promising process.
