| 摘 要： | 利用微胶囊技术制备了以薰衣草为芯材,聚氨酯为壁材的芳香整理剂,其中壁材是由2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和聚乙二醇(PEG)通过界面聚合的方法所制得.通过单因素和正交试验得到了制备微胶囊的较佳的工艺条件:PEG分子量400,皮芯比1∶2,分散剂海藻酸钠(SA)0.15%,乳化剂聚乙烯醇(PVA)1%,乳化条件9500 r/min,反应2 h.将此条件下制备的微胶囊应用于织物,可以得到缓释性较长的芳香保健类纺织品.

| Abstract: | The fragrant microcapsule is prepared with lavender oil as the core material and polyurethane as the wall by microcapsule technology. The microcapsule fragrant agent, prepared under the optimum conditions is applied on the fabric and a kind of good prolonged-released fragrant fabric with health-care function is obtained. |
