摘    要:从纤维原料入手,探讨实现涤棉混纺四面弹低温短流程连续生产的工艺。以原液着色涤纶纤维代替普通涤纶与棉混纺纤维,从纺纱工序、织造工序以及染整等工艺入手,生产过程中严格控制各工艺参数,开发高品质四面弹面料。纺纱工序得高质量的弹力包芯纱;织造工序适当增加纱线张力,采用较大的上浆率和适合的浆槽温度;上机织造时,保证布面平整、幅宽一致。染整加工过程采用连续长车轧染,大大提高生产效率,开发出性能优异的四面弹机织面料。
