摘    要:为了缩短聚乳酸(PLA)/羊毛混纺织物的染色工艺流程,采用一浴法染色。对分散染料上染聚乳酸纤维的性能进行研究,结果表明:随着温度的升高,聚乳酸上染率增大,染色温度以100~110℃为最佳,染浴pH对上染率影响不大;而分散染料上染羊毛纤维时,随着温度的升高,羊毛上染率增大,染色温度为100~110℃、pH为4~5时染色效果较好;聚乳酸/羊毛混纺织物分散染料一浴法染浅色的优化工艺为:染浴pH=5左右,染色温度100~110℃,保温时间40 min。

Abstract:In order to shorten the dyeing process of polylactic acid(PLA)/wool blended fabric,one bath dyeing was used.The performance of PLA fiber dyed with disperse dyes was studied.The results showed that with the increase of temperature,the dyeing rate of PLA fiber increased.The best dyeing temperature was 100~110℃,and the pH of dyeing bath had little effect on the dye rate.When disperse dyes were used to dye wool fiber,the dyeing rate increased with the increase of temperature.When the dyeing temperature was 100~110℃,pH was 4~5,the dyeing effects were the best.The optimum one bath light colour dyeing process with disperse dyes were as follows:dyeing pH about 5,dyeing temperature 100~110℃,holding time 40 min.
