摘    要:湖鲜酱顾名思义就是用淡水湖中的鱼、虾、蟹等为主要原料,以蚕豆酱为基酱,配合辣椒、香辛料等,经混合熬制而成的系列调味酱,可以即食也可以当做调料烹饪。

Abstract:Lake fresh sauce as the name suggests is to use fresh water lake fish,shrimp,crab and so on as the main raw material,to silkworm miso based sauce,pepper,with spice,mixed and long-boiled series sauce,ready-to-eat can also be used as a seasoning cooking.
