| 摘 要： | 对色素红曲和降脂红曲不同提取液的抑茵性进行了比较研究，结果表明色素红曲的95％乙醇、乙酸乙酯、正己烷、70％乙醇、丙酮提取液对枯草杆茵、假单胞茵和大肠杆茼具有较强的抑制作用，其中70％乙醇提取液的抑茼效果最好，且其抑茵效果与提取浓度呈正相关，而降脂红曲提取液无抑茵作用。

| Abstract: | Antimicrobial experement of red rice for pigment and red rice for cholesterol-lowering showed that 95%ethonal , ethyl acetate,n- hexane, 70% ethonal and acetone extract of red rice for pigment had the ability to inhibit bacillus subtilis, pseudomonas and coliform, 70% ethanol extract gave the best outcome and its activity increased with the increase of extract concentration. However, the extract of red rice for cholesterol-lowering had no inhibition on all microbial. |
