色素红曲和降脂红曲提取液抑菌性的比较

摘    要:对色素红曲和降脂红曲不同提取液的抑茵性进行了比较研究,结果表明色素红曲的95%乙醇、乙酸乙酯、正己烷、70%乙醇、丙酮提取液对枯草杆茵、假单胞茵和大肠杆茼具有较强的抑制作用,其中70%乙醇提取液的抑茼效果最好,且其抑茵效果与提取浓度呈正相关,而降脂红曲提取液无抑茵作用。

Abstract:Antimicrobial experement of red rice for pigment and red rice for cholesterol-lowering showed that 95%ethonal , ethyl acetate,n- hexane, 70% ethonal and acetone extract of red rice for pigment had the ability to inhibit bacillus subtilis, pseudomonas and coliform, 70% ethanol extract gave the best outcome and its activity increased with the increase of extract concentration. However, the extract of red rice for cholesterol-lowering had no inhibition on all microbial.
