摘    要:文章介绍了目前大蒜中大蒜油的几种提取技术,对各技术优缺点进行分析。并对大蒜油的提取工艺和应用提出展望。

Abstract:The extraction techniques of essential oil from garlic were described.And advantage and disadvantage of each extraction methods were analyzed.This paper also included the development and application of the extraction technique of garlic oil.
