迷迭香提取物纳米晶体制备研究

摘    要:以迷迭香为原料,提取出其中的迷迭香酚、鼠尾草酚、橙皮苷制成粉末态。通过高压均质法制备3种纳米晶体,检测所制得的纳米晶体的粒径大小和溶出度,与未加工的迷迭香提取物进行对比,结果证明制成纳米晶体后能明显改善迷迭香提取物的水溶性,进而提高其抗油脂氧化能力。利用迷迭香酚对高压均质法进行响应面优化,得到最佳的工艺参数为高压均质操作压力1150bar,循环次数15次,迷迭香酚浓度2%,试验证明在此工艺条件下制得的迷迭香酚粒径达到最小。

Abstract:Rosmarinol,salvianol and hesperidin are extracted from rosemary to make powder.Three kinds of nanocrystals are prepared by high-pressure homogenization method,and the particle size and dissolution rate of the nanocrystals are measured.The results show that the nanocrystals could improve the water solubility of rosemary extract,and then improve its anti-oil oxidation ability.Response surface optimization of high-pressure homogenization method is carried out by using rosmarinol.The optimal process parameters are obtained as follows:operating pressure of high-pressure homogenization is 1150 bar,cycle times is 15,concentration of rosmarinol is 2%.The experiment proves that the particle size of rosmarinol prepared under such conditions reaches the minimum.
