喷墨印刷印品质量评价方法探究

摘    要:为了对高速喷墨印刷品质量进行科学而有效的评价,引入墨点保真度作为评价印刷品质量的标准进行研究,选取印刷过程中产生波动性最明显的纸张传输速度、喷头电压、墨盒负压以及喷头与纸张之间的距离等4个影响因素进行正交实验设计。通过正交表的直观分析和效果曲线分析,得出了墨点保真度与各个因素的变化规律,并确定喷头电压是最大的影响因素。根据这些变化规律,利用MATLAB数学分析软件,采用最小二乘法对各因素影响下的墨点保真度测试数据进行拟合优化,建立墨点保真度与各影响因素之间的数学模型;为更精确把握涂胶量,创建了数学模型的用户界面(GUI)设计平台。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the quality of high speed ink-jet printer scientifically and effectively, a new parameter-dot fidelity-was introduced as an evaluation criterion to study the presswork quality. Through four effect factors with obvious fluctuation during the printing process such as paper speed, printhead voltage, negative pressure of ink cartridge and distance between the printhead and paper, scientific orthogonal design method was designed. The changing laws on the dot fidelity under each factors and printhead voltage as a decisive factor were analyzed through the intuitive analysis and the effect curve analysis of orthogonal table. According to these changing laws, the test data was fitted and optimized by using the mathematical analysis software of MATLAB and leastsquare method and the mathematical model with these affecting factors were created. Finally, the user interface (GUI) design platform was developed to improve the man-machine communication and master the dot fidelity accurately.
