基于GE智能控制平台的太阳能跟踪控制系统设计

摘    要:为了提高对太阳能的利用率,提出了一种基于GE智能平台的太阳能跟踪系统的设计与实现方案。该方案采用Genius总线网络结构,以Rx3i作为核心控制器,以步进电机作为执行机构,采用视日运动轨迹跟踪和光电跟踪相结合的方式实现对太阳的方位和俯仰角的双轴自动跟踪。实验测试结果表明,该系统实现了对太阳光照的实时自动跟踪,系统运行可靠、稳定,达到了提高太阳能发电利用率的目的。

Abstract:In order to improve the utilization of solar energy,the paper deals with a solar tracking system design and implementation based on GE intelligent platform,which uses the Genius bus network structure and Rx3i as the core controller and the stepper motor as the executing agency,the system achieves the horizontal angle and pitch angle automatic tracking of the sun depending on the combination of trajectory tracking and optical tracking.System implementation results show that the system can automatic track the sun and it is reliable,stable,and achieve the purpose of improving the use of solar energy.
